You are picked up & transferred to Bat Trang – the traditional handicraft village which has been known for making ceramic & porcelain. This handicraft village is located by the side of the Red River, about 13 km away from Hanoi ‘s downtown .

 

     Upon arrival, your tour guide take you for a walking tour through the village to visit some local workshops to learn how skillful artists & workers turn pieces of clay in to very fine ceramic & porcelain products, see the traditional method of using moth to form the product, drawing on the surface of it before loading in the kiln to fire . After the orientation tour, you have some free time to keep wandering along narrow village’s alleys to witness local daily life way, and purchase your favourite  porcelain items . Return the meeting point to be transfered back to Hanoi. End of the excursion.
