You are picked up at hotel’s lobby to start your two hours morning journey to Tam Coc. Upon arrival to the village’s dock, board a private sampan ( local small boat) to cruise along the village’s stream dotted with local houses, duck farms, rice and vegetable fields and hundreds of limestone islands. The cruise length is about one and half hour. It brings you a lovely time to learn deeply about the local daily life, capture as many pictures as you wish, and to visit three lagoons.
Returning to the quay at noon, enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant then ground transfer to Hoa Lu – the ancient capital of Vietnam during the Dinh & Le dynasties. You will visit two temples dedicated to the Dinh and Le kings which were built in 11 century. After your visit, enjoy the countryside scenery en route to return to Hanoi in the late afternoon.
