An excursion to Ninh Binh to visit Hoa lu – the ancient capital of Vietnam during the 10 century, and to have a leisurely boat ride along narrow stream surrounded by vibrant green rice fields dotted with limestone islands in Tam Coc( also known as Halong Bay on land). Let’s come and discover the place where the movie Indochine was filmed and how it brought fame to Vietnam !

Upon arrival to the village’s dock, board a private sampan ( local small boat) to cruise along the village’s stream dotted with local houses, duck farms, rice and vegetable fields and hundreds of limestone islands. The cruise length is about one and half hour. It brings you a lovely time to learn deeply about the local daily life, capture as many pictures as you wish, and to visit three lagoons. |
